Users of apps on Google's (GOOG) mobile software will soon be able to try a game or app for free, then pay for any additional features within the app rather than leaving it to complete the purchase. In-app billing is already available on Apple (AAPL) apps, and the more convenient model of purchasing is expected to lead to more app transactions on Android and more money for developers of Android apps. Google fell 1.2% to 579.74.
